Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust comprises of Charing Cross, Hammersmith, Queen Charlotte’s and Chelsea, St Mary’s and the Western Eye hospitals, and was formed in 2007. It is one of the largest acute trusts in the country and, in partnership with Imperial College London, the UK’s first academic health science centre (AHSC). The Trust delivers world-leading acute and integrated care services, treating patients at every stage of their lives — with over 55 specialist services for both children and adults. One of our principal objectives is to achieve excellent patient experience and outcomes, delivered efficiently and with compassion. We use a number of ways to measure our performance against this objective for example through the collection of patient feedback and the Friends and Family test (FFT). The Trust invites expressions of interest from parties for the supply of systems, tools, training, on-going support and expertise in:
— Survey design — Reporting of patient experience and FFT — Continued service (maintenance) upgrades of any ICT solution for the life of the product (at least 3 years plus 1 plus 1). The solution offered must have the following functionality as a minimum:
— Be applicable to an acute NHS setting with multiple site locations — Allow the capture of information from a diverse population / patient group of all ages and abilities — Be sufficiently flexible to be adapted to a wide range of clinical areas and additional surveys — Meet the needs of the FFT NHS England data collection — Be able to provide near real-time patient feedback in a meaningful manner — The option of using our current devices This is not a developmental project and an ‘off the shelf’ solution is required. Expressions of interest are invited from parties who can demonstrate the above high-level requirements. Please refer to section V1.3 Additional Information for detail on how to express interest.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: Any supplier may be disqualified who:
(a) is bankrupt or is being wound up, where his affairs are being administered by the court, where he has entered into an arrangement with creditors, where he has suspended business activities or is in any analogous situation arising from a similar procedure under national laws and regulations;
(b) is the subject of proceedings for a declaration of bankruptcy, for an order compulsory winding up the administration by the court or of an arrangement with creditors or of any other similar proceedings under national laws and regulations;
(c) has been convicted by a judgement which has the force of res judicata in accordance with the legal provisions of the country of any offence concerning his professional conduct;
(d) has been guilty of grave professional misconduct proven by any means which the contract authorities can demonstrate;

Tenders and all supporting documentation must be priced in sterling and all payments will be made in sterling (GBP). Expressions of interest which are submitted without the information requested may not be considered. The awarding authority reserves the right not to proceed with the process at any stage of the procurement process and shall not be responsible for any abortive bid costs incurred. The Trust also reserves the right to award more than one contract under this process. Expression of interest is to be by way of completion of a Pre-Qualifying Questionnaire which will run in conjunction with the advert. Potential bidders will be required to register their expression of interest via the Trust portalhttps://www.lppsourcing.org/procontract/LPP/supplier.nsf and complete a Pre-Qualifying Questionnaire by the submission date. Please ensure you register your company on our portal in sufficient time to be assessed as new supplier requests must be approved before you will be enabled to register your expression of interest.
