The Patient Experience Team will be responsible for ensuring the web based patient experience system meets the needs of the Trust, in providing quality and reliable patient feedback, and thus linking with the continuous requirement to improve the quality of services received by patients.
The web based patient experience system is important to the Trust in providing real-time feedback on the views of patients, supporting the drive for continuous quality improvement.
Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust (CCS) provides community services such as children and young people’s health services in Cambridgeshire, Luton and Norfolk; dental health care in Cambridgeshire, Peterborough and Suffolk; adults community health services in Luton; contraception and sexual health services in the East of England; and ambulatory services in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
The Patient Experience Team will be responsible for obtaining quality and reliable patient feedback from the web-based patient experience system to ensure constant improvement in the quality of services provided to patients.
The system is very important for the Trust to evidence the impact of its services on patients, and to ensure that the patient’s voice is heard and responded to. It will enable the Trust to see where services need improving and to monitor the reaction of patients when improvements have been made.
The CPFT contract start date is 1.1.2017 whilst the CCS contract start date is 1.4.2017.
