Scottish Water is looking to enter into a Single Source agreement however this will depend on the tenders we receive in response to the published advert.
Scottish Water is seeking to appoint a supplier to provide a full range of PE Pipe and Fittings for its requirements to support the delivery of its Quality & Standards IV Capital investment programme for the regulatory period 2015 – 2021. Subject to satisfactory reviews during the first regulatory period the framework may then be extended at the sole discretion of Scottish Water into the next regulatory period.
The framework agreement will cover both operational and capital requirements.
It is Scottish Water’s preference to award to a sole supplier however it reserves the right to award the framework agreements to either one or multiple suppliers.
Suppliers will be expected to pay due regard to all applicable legal requirements relevant to the supply of the required products as well as Scottish Water’s Standards & Specifications.

Responses to Pre-Qualification Questionnaires will be assessed and used to short-list applicants who will be invited to proceed to the next stage of the tender process.
