There are 7 locations across GB to which the bags will require to be delivered.
No guarantees can be given as to quantities or number of orders raised throughout the contract period. This is dependent on the Forestry Commission still requiring the products.
All bags should be delivered in one annual consignment to the relevant locations and deliveries should take place preferably before the end of October in time for use by the Forestry Commission in November. There may be requests for additional bags, at other times throughout the year, however these will be kept to a minimum.
The bags require to be produced to various sizes and gauge, and it is fundamental that the correct gauge of film is used as this will keep to a minimum any instances of the bags splitting; many plants that will be contained within the bags will have been treated with chemicals.
