Workplace is London Borough of Newham’s oneā€“stop-shop for jobs, skills and enterprise.
An efficient and effective Recruitment and Management Information System is required, which can cope with the complexity and volume of the work, to support our business over the next 10 years (and beyond).

The authority is also considering a hosting option and whilst no decision has been made of purchasing these services it is within scope of this notice.
The initial contract period is intended to run from 1st April 2014-31st March 2019 with an option to extend for a period of up to five years. Both the initial term and any approved extension will be subject to Workplace continuing to operate and no guarantee is given as duration of the contract.
The following other contracting authorities have expressed and interest in participating in this procurement being the London Boroughs of Barking and Dagenham, Havering, Redbridge, Hackney, Lambeth and Wandsworth.
There is no guarantee that the aforesaid contracting authorities will purchase the product and services that are the subject matter of this procurement. Further information of the intentions of these bodies will be provided with the tender documents. The value range is an estimated value range. Newham’s estimated value range is between 200 000 GBP and 650 000 GBP. The value range given below in II.2.1) of 1 000 000 GBP and 3 250 000 GBP is the broad estimated value range should the other authorities named in Section 1.II participate in the contract. There is no warranty or guarantee that the other contracting authorities named in Section 1.II will contract with the successful economic entity.
