Bury Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Revenues and Benefits Online Forms Suite provider.
The contract will cover the supply, installation and ongoing support of a resilient Revenues and Benefits Online Forms Suite Software System for an initial period of 3 years with an option to extend for a further 4 x 1 year periods.  The supply, installation and ongoing support of any ancillary services which may be offered as options under this contract.
Our aim is to encourage customers to make new and/or amend existing claims and payments using a suite of forms covering Council Tax, Business Rate payments and Housing Benefit claims.  This system must integrate with the Council’s corporate document management and website systems (Information@Work and GOSS respectively) and will be used by both members of the public and Council staff.  Responses are welcomed from suppliers who can provide hosted solutions, as well as those who aim to simply provide the Council with a  product.
