Soft Market Test on a eSignatures Solutions for Leicester City Council.
Leicester City Council is keen to explore all options or solutions that are currently available in the market, on an eSignatures Solution for the Council’s Legal Division, with the option to roll out further if successful. The Council at present are not fully aware of what strategic options currently exist in the market as options, hence the reason for performing this Soft Market Test.
