How to apply

This is a 2 stage process. Please submit your interest in this tender to Mandi Kaushal by the given deadline. Invitation to tenders will be issued to suppliers who submit interest. The contract covers locations within Yorkshire NE and North West geographical areas but other areas of the Environment Agency may wish to use this provision on occasion. The successful supplier must be able to provide an onsite storage facility to store filled sandbags for the Environment Agency and be available 24/7 in case sandbags are required during emergencies. The contract period is initially for 1 year but with an option to extend for a further 2 years based on satisfactory performance and spend activity. Volumes and spend cannot be guaranteed due to the reactive nature of this supply contract.
