An outline of the proposed requirement will be to demonstrate, implement and ultimately manage, over a period of up to 5 years, a managed service capable of delivering platoon to company level (or Service/Arm equivalent) collective training across the UK. It is envisaged to be capable of delivering mounted and dismounted Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs) training in combat, patrolling, counter-IED, ISTAR management and exploitation and mission planning. It will support a range of environments, equipments and missions types by being flexible in its scenario generation and content integration, exploiting MOD corporate simulation data where practicable.
The primary purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to contribute towards the ongoing market sounding exercising being undertaken by TSSP in support of the proposed requirement.
Any interested party wishing to register their specific interest and capability in the proposed requirement may do so, at their own discretion, in writing using the points of contact referred to within this notice, noting that their is no requirement to express an interest at this stage.
