Description of the contract
The University of Warwick Physics Department has a requirement for a new bubbler (vaporizer) research system, suitable for converting group-IV semiconductor liquid precursors into a gas mixture. Gas mixtures will be used to research epitaxial growth of various semiconductor alloys in an industrial class ASM Epsilon 2000 RP-CVD reactor. Precursors under consideration include high purity GeCl4, Si3H8 and SnCl4 but this list is not exhaustive.
