NHS Grampian has a comprehensive network of Mitel IP 3 300 telephone systems including an 11 system cluster operating on the main Aberdeen Royal Infirmary site. We also have a small number of imagination systems.
We require a suitably qualified and experienced company to provide maintenance and support of Mitel telephone switches and voice related equipment, red box call recording equipment and Mitel applications (including UC). Provision of associated hardware and software will form part of this Contract. The Contract will include a requirement for a dedicated resident engineer.
Contract length — 3 years with the option to extend by 2 further 1 year periods.
Following receipt of completed pre qualification questionnaires, NHS Grampian will evaluate responses and shortlist to issue a full Invitation to tender document in October 2015.
