In accordance with our Disabilities Commissioning Plan, 2011 — 2015, Hillingdon Council is developing, in partnership with registered providers, supported living schemes for people with learning disabilities as a realistic alternative to residential care. Glenister Gardens is an example of this. Glenister Gardens is located at 26-38 Glenister Gardens Hayes UB3 3FA and the site is owned by Paradigm Housing Trust. The Council is seeking to commission a high quality care and support service for this supported living scheme.
The successful Tenderer will be required for 3 years to provide the Core and Flexi Services for the service, with a provision of a 2 year extension subject to satisfactory compliance, performance and approval. The core element of the service will be maintained as specified throughout the contract duration (subject to annual review). The flexi element of the service will be individually addressed and flexible in regards to volume throughout contract duration.
