Norfolk County Council wishes to enter into a contract for the provision of a provider to run Linden House as a semi-independent supported accommodation for up to 5 young people assessed as having high to specialist need, as defined by the Norfolk County Council Children”s Services 16+ Accommodation Transition Strategy.
This property also benefits from being able to offer one young person (included within the 5 placements) the opportunity to live in an adjoined self-contained move on flat, which the chosen provider will also have responsibility to use as appropriate post 18 move on accommodation.
This service is also being made available for young people aged 18 years + with prior agreement from Norfolk Children”s Services.
