Supported and Independent Living Placement North West – Dynamic Purchasing System
The Borough Council of Bolton is prepared to receive tenders to be included on the Dynamic Purchasing System for Supported and Independent Living Placement North West.
The Borough Council of Bolton (“the Lead Authority”) is prepared to receive tenders to be included on the Dynamic Purchasing System for Supported and Independent Living (SaIL) Placement North West – Round 3 which will be subject to the information, specification and tender package enclosed. A Dynamic Purchasing System is, in effect, an open Purchasing System to which new providers can apply to be appointed to during its life. During this period new providers will be able to gain entry onto the Dynamic Purchasing System. It is envisaged that the Dynamic Purchasing System will be closed for evaluations a minimum of two times during Year 1 then annually for the remainder of the term. The Dynamic Purchasing System has been divided into the following 3 Lots: Lot 1 – Group living Lot 2 – Accommodation with Floating Support Lot 3 – Floating support (without accommodation) In addition to the above Lots, the Lead Authority may extend the number and range of Lots under the Dynamic Purchasing System during the Dynamic Purchasing System Term. The additional lots may include but shall not be limited to the following: Lot 4 – Supported Lodgings Lot 5 – Innovation. Further information on the Lots is detailed within the tender documentation. Tenderer’s should note that although this Dynamic Purchasing System is to be used as required by the Lead Authority, this Dynamic Purchasing System is open to and will be used by the 23 North West Local Authorities named within the tender documentation
