The supply of a supported housing system. The system must be accessible by Support Workers on both fixed desktops in the office and touch screen devices in the field (with or without a internet connection. The scope will include the option for the Vendor to host the contracting authorities data off site or for the contracting authority to host its data on site. The contract will include system set up, any necessary software development to meet the contracting authorities requirements, integration with the contracting authorities housing management system, training, ongoing support and upgrades.
It is intended that after the first 48 months, the contract will renew automatically for further period(s) of 12 months (subject to Bromford’s discretion) each until terminated in accordance with its terms. This will be further described in the tender documents.
