This tender is to establish a Framework Agreement for the supply of services for Supported Living and Personal Support for adults with learning difficulties (The Framework Agreement). West Sussex County Council (WSCC) are seeking service providers with appropriate experience and expertise or the capability to supply current and new services in line with the requirements highlighted within the tender documentation. WSCC only seek service providers who will meet a maximum ceiling rate of 14,50 GBP to deliver the highlighted services. Service providers who are successful in their tender submission and awarded onto the Framework Agreement will be considered for Lot 2 – Supported Living and Personal Support WSCC Outsource (If service providers have submitted a tender response for Lot 2). This optional/secondary opportunity is called Lot 2 – Supported Living and Personal Support WSCC Outsource. Service Providers can apply for Lot 1 only without tendering for Lot 2. Some service providers should note for their bid to be considered for Lot 2 they must have submitted a bid for Lot 1 and successfully been appointed to the Framework Agreement for Supported Living and Personal Support for adults with learning difficulties. Any service provider submitting a tender response for Lot 2 without a successful tender submission for Lot 1 will automatically have their tender submission rejected.

This is a non-mandatory OJEU Contract Notice. The Services constitute Part B services for the purposes of the Public Contract Regulations 2006 (Regulations) and the procurement is not therefore fully regulated by the Regulations. This notice is being placed for advertising purposes only. Suppliers will be expected to deliver services that demonstrate a Best Value approach as defined by the government. WSCC hopes to be able to offer an ‘am’ and a ‘pm’ session at this event.
