Doncaster Council in partnership with Doncaster NHS Clinical Commissioning Group are procuring services specifically for the provision of supported Living services for people with learning disabilities under Regulation 74 to 77 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (Light Touch Regime). The Contract will be let as a single supplier framework agreement.
Where the Council requires additional Supported Living Services it may choose to award directly to this under this Framework Agreement. However it should be noted there will be no commitment to award any future work under this Framework Agreement.

The Council will incorporate a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period at the point when the information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. If an appeal regarding the award of a contract has not been successfully resolved the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (SI20105/102) provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales, Northern Ireland).
