Orbis Public Law (OPL) is the partnership between Brighton and Hove City Council (BHCC), East Sussex County Council (ESCC), Surrey County Council (SCC) and West Sussex County Council (WSCC) Legal Service departments. SCC (the “Council”) is procuring this Framework Agreement on behalf of itself, the other OPL Authorities and the District and Borough Councils within the OPL counties (Surrey, East Sussex and West Sussex) are named as contracting authorities who may Call-off from this Framework at their discretion throughout the duration of the Framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement consists of multiple Lots covering transactional casework and Counsel / Advocacy legal services in various areas/specialisms. The term is 3 years plus a 3 year optional extension period (total 6 year term).
