Description of the contract

The National Capabilities Survey (NCS) is a biennial survey of around 1,200 Category 1 and 2 responders including the emergency services, healthcare providers, local authorities, Local Resilience Forums, government agencies etc. We anticipate the survey will have 220 questions within 22 modules. We are looking for a supplier to deliver the software required for our survey. Specifically: (i) a survey tool – to collect data from respondents; and (ii) an interactive reporting tool – that allows both responders and central government to examine the results.
