As such, it intends compiling a 3 year Framework Agreement with a small number of consultation providers to give additional advice and support to help meet the council’s consultation needs. The Consultation Framework Agreement will commence 1st Oct 2012 and expire on 30th Sept 2015.

Lot 1: Surveys – eg questionnaires including telephone and on street, opinion polls, mystery shopping, vox pops. Expertise required: recruitment, sample framing, design and testing, delivery and analysis of surveys.
Simple 3 providers.
Moderate complexity 3 providers.
Highly complex work 3 providers.
Lot 2: Dialogue consultation – eg of focus groups, deliberative exercises, roadshows and exhibitions including equipment.
Expertise required: recruitment, design and testing, facilitation and analysis.
Simple 3 providers.
Moderate complexity 3 providers.
Highly complex work 3 providers.
Lot 3: Data analysis and reporting.
Ranging from data entry to full analysis and reporting Simple 3 providers.
Moderate complexity 3 providers.
Highly complex work 3 providers.
Lot 4: Quality Assurance 1 provider.
