2.1 Title

Swansea Special Events Equipment Hire

2.2 Description of the goods or services required

The City and County of Swansea Council is requesting quotations for event equipment to facilitate various events organised in the County by the Special Events section.

The hire period is between 1st June 2014 – 31st March 2015 and covers a list of events which are given in the specification.

The equipment requirements are split into Lots and may be awarded as one contract or separately. Suppliers are able to quote for all or part of the Lots.

The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the post box facility. Suppliers are advised to allow adequate time for uploading documents and to dispatch the electronic response well in advance of the closing time to avoid any last minute problems.
