It requires a formal support and maintenance agreement with a certified LANDesk reseller. 2. Scope Maintenance agreement will cover both the LANDesk Service Desk and Management Suite products, collectively referred to as LANDesk Total User Management Bundle 3. Requirement Support to run from 07th November 2014 – 06th November 2015 for 2300 users of LANDesk Total User Management Bundle. 4.
