Description of the contract

Systematic review of UKCES investment evaluations and performance information. The project, through a desk-based review, will collate evidence collected to date from the GIF and EIF performance management information, evaluations at the individual project level, wider management documentation and emerging findings from the programme-level impact evaluation. Additionally, where feasible, the project will expand on the existing reporting capabilities of the performance management information to help us identify the successes and lessons learned from the EIF and GIF investment portfolio.
