Registers of Scotland are looking to engage a supplier/suppliers who can provide Professional Services, on reward, performance, organisational development, wellbeing and the design, delivery, and embedding activities of competency based and skills development programmes for future leaders; future colleagues; future specialists.
RoS are introducing new competencies and a RoS Code to support colleagues identify development needs and prepare for future roles in our organisation. We are introducing online competency self-assessments and aptitude tests to support colleague development conversations; we are also introducing the use of ‘development centres’ to support our competency development programmes for future leaders, future colleagues and future specialists. During 2017-18 we are looking to build our development programmes.
