Lot 2 – A Framework Agreement containing a minimum of 3 suppliers for the provision of other General Taxi /other Transportation Services to the Council
Lot 3 – A sole provider for Transportation of large numbers of passengers in an Emergency Situation

Lot No: 1 Lot title: A Framework Agreement for the provision of Home to School Transport including Special Education Needs

1)Short description

Suppliers can submit a tender to be included onto a Framework Agreement for the provision of Home to School Transport including SEN transport services.
The Framework Agreement will contain a minimum of 20 suppliers that will bid for specific set routes over the life of the contract via an e-auction.
The suppliers on the Framework Agreement will range from suppliers that can provide all types of vehicles from Cars, MPV’s, vehicles with Tail Lifts, Mini Buses and Coaches.

The council will appoint a minimum of 3 suppliers onto a Framework Agreement to provide all other general transportation requirements that are not included in Lot 1 and Lot 3 such as;
– general taxi services,
– vehicles that are wheelchair accessible
– transportation of older people
– disabled people and;
– all other requirements.
