As part of this Strategy, Westminster City Council requires the provision of a Volunteer Outreach and Development Service across Westminster.
The Team Westminster Volunteer Outreach and Development Service will utilise a Do-it Local web app powered by Do-it.org. Do-it Trust, the charity that owns Do-it.org, will be commissioned by Westminster City Council to design and develop the Do-it Local web app based on the national Do-it website and to provide ongoing site maintenance of the Do-it Local web app and site support for users. The Do-it Local web app will be supplied by Westminster City Council. The Provider of the Volunteer Outreach and Development Service will be responsible for oversight and management of the app’s ‘back-office’ activity dashboard. The Do-it Local web app is integral to the Volunteer Outreach & Development Service outlined in this Specification.
