Aberdeen City Council is acting as the lead body for the purpose of designing, building and operating an energy from waste or other major waste management facility (the ‘Project’) in Aberdeen. The Councils wish to appoint a firm of consultants to provide technical advice to the Project.

The project spans 4 phases. The councils shall retain break options prior to commencement of each phase. A break may occur if the project is not continued or for any other reason. No compensation will be given should the break option be exercised.
