Suppliers who wish to express an interest in this OJEU Notice should complete and return the PQQ below. This will allow you to be considered to receive an ITT to be part of the Framework Agreements which will be awarded for an initial period of 3 years, with a possibility of 2 x 1 year extensions following the 3 year period.

Relevant information should also be provided in respect of sub contractors who will play a significant role in the delivery of products or services under any ensuing Framework Agreement.

Selection of suppliers to be invited to tender for the.
Framework Agreements will be based on information provided in response to section III.2.3 above. Network Rail will select an appropriate number of suppliers to tender for this opportunity.
Company background: Network Rail Telecoms (NRT) is a single, national, integrated organisation. It supports core railway Telecoms requirements as well as large internal capital investment programmes by providing voice and data services.
NRT are responsible for all of Network Rails telecoms assets, strategies and policy decisions including operating, maintaining and enhancing the infrastructure and delivery of telecoms services to customers.
Amongst the assets NRT manages are fixed and wireless networks extending to the farthest reaches of the rail network in England, Wales and Scotland, including 16,000km of fibre optic cable and 3,200 points of presence.

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: Network Rail will incorporate a standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to the tenderers. That notification will provide full information on the award decision. The standstill period, which will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days, provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entereed into.
