— Voicemail Services;
— Contact Centre Services;

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
Renfrewshire Council are looking to replace the current Fixed Telephony (Incl. 0300 Numbers), Mobile Telephony and Contact Center services.
The Council has its headquarters at Renfrewshire House in Paisley and a buildings estate of circa 180 properties across the Renfrewshire Council area. We also have a small number of home workers out with the Renfrewshire area. The Councils workforce consists of around 7 500 staff.
The Council is seeking to conclude a contract for the detailed design, supply, installation and migration, configuration, commissioning, project management and full support and maintenance of these services.

The Council will have the sole right to extend this provision for up to 1 year on 2 separate occasions.

Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 and any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.

III.1.1)Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers
If required by the member state, bidders are required to be enrolled in the relevant professional or trade registers within the country in which they are established.
Where it is required, within a bidder’s country of establishment they must confirm which authorisation or memberships of the relevant organisation(s) are required in order to perform this service.
Bidders must confirm if they hold the particular authorisation or memberships.
III.1.2)Economic and financial standing
It is a requirement of this contract that bidders hold, or can commit to obtain prior to the commence of any subsequently awarded contract, the types and levels of insurance indicated below:
Employers liability — statutory minimum 5 000 000 GBP, each and every claim;
Public and Products liability — minimum 5 000 000 GBP, each and every claim;
Professional indemnity — minimum 1 000 000 GBP, each and every claim (or, we can accept cover in the aggregate so long as at least one automatic annual reinstatement of this sum is permitted in the policy year).
Third Party Motor insurance a valid MV certificate in the company name and evidence cover in accordance with the provisions of the current Road Traffic Act 1988 (as amended) — please provide a valid MV certificate in the contractors name.

Please note tenderers are required to have a minimum Dun and Bradstreet Failure Score of 20, where this criteria is not met, tenderers should provide detail why and supporting evidence in the form of company accounts for the previous 3 financial years.
