Easton and Otley College are seeking to procure telephony services via the Janet Telephony Purchasing Service Dynamic Purchasing System.

Easton and Otley College consists of two campus sites, Easton Campus and Otley Campus, located 45 miles apart, employing approximately 800 staff across the two sites. A significant number of staff work at both sites and, for contact, may need to publish 2 landline numbers plus a business mobile number.
Due to the age of the existing telephone systems, a replacement system is required to continue the integration of the two campus sites.
We expect the solution will involve the provision of SIP trunks over the JANET network, utilising our existing internet connections and network infrastructure.
The profile of the 800 staff consists of several tiers of management and team leaders, plus administration, teaching, support and other operational staff.
Funding is available during the current academic year, valid until 31.7.2015, for the purchase of a suitable system in order to reduce the ongoing costs of the system.
Migration to the new telephone system should be completed by 21.8.2015.

Easton and Otley College will be running a mini competition for the services detailed above via the JTPS and any suppliers wishing to join the JTPS has until the date given in IV.2.3) to submit a response to the indicative tender which can be found on the Janet DPS portal at:https://intendhost.co.uk/janet The tender documents supplied by the college will be made available to suppliers accepted on to the Janet Telephony Purchasing Service.
