This requirement is for a new multi-supplier Framework Agreement to replace the existing Havering Education Brokerage Service for telephony services which is expected to be used primarily by education establishments in Havering. The telephony services will cover hardware, installation of new sockets, wireless phone switches and hosted VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) systems. The Educational Establishments that have used the current Havering Education Brokerage Service are listed in Attachment 1 Current Brokerage Users (subject to change). It is envisaged that other neighbouring Education Establishments outside of Havering may also use the framework.
