The works are Bathymetric and Topographic Surveys on the River Findhorn, including on-site data gathering together with post-survey collation and presentation of the data gathered.
The Contract is a term contract for a period of 3 years, which may be extended by a further two years to give a total contract period of 5 years.
A baseline survey will be undertaken in early 2014. Subsequent surveys will be called off or instructed by the Employer when required. It is anticipated that surveys will be undertaken after each high-flow event or annually depending on the frequency of high flow events, budgetary constraints and/or observation of significant accretion/erosion by the Employer.
