Kent and Medway Partnership Trust (KMPT) Medway Community Healthcare (MCH) are seeking to complete a collaborative procurement exercise through an open process, in accordance with the Public Contract Regulations 2015, to appoint a suitable service provider for the provision of Business Removals, Storage, and Inventory Management.
The successful supplier will need to carry out the following functions as part of the terms of service:
—Timely receipt of quote,
—Clear method statement,
—Risk assessment completed of each job,
—Timely delivery of crates,
—Clear guidance on packing,
—Staff list provided for each move,
—On time on date of move,
—Removals completed efficiently,
—Staff in uniform, polite courteous in working,
—All items placed in new location,
—Fully insured storage arrangements,
—Accurate inventory storage management procedures.

Kent & Medway Partnership Trust (KMPT) Medway Community Healthcare (MCH) are seeking to complete a collaborative procurement exercise through an open process, in accordance with the Public Contract Regulations 2015, to appoint a suitable service provider for the provision of Business Removals, Storage, and Inventory Management.
The tender will be let as a single supplier arrangement for both Contracting Authorities; however invoicing procedures may feature differently. A specification has not been included in the tender documents, as each project will be quoted on a job by job basis in accordance with the tender documentation.
The successful supplier will need to carry out the following functions as part of the terms of service:

—Timely delivery of crates,
—Clear guidance on packing,
