Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council wishes to invite suitably qualified organisations to tender for the provision of various services relating to early intervention and prevention services for children, young people and families.
The services are set out in three lots as follows
Lot 1: Provision of a family mental health and wellbeing service;
Lot 2: Family group conferencing;
Lot 3: Services for children with disabilities.
Organisations may submit a tender for either one or multiple lots.
The Council is seeking to appoint one provider for each lot and may appoint one provider for more than one lot where a provider is successful in more than one lot.

It is proposed that the contract period will be for two years commencing 1.4.2015 until 31.3.2017 with an option in favour of the Council to extend on an annual basis up to a period of two years subject always to the availability of funding and reviews of the services.
Interested organisations are required to complete and submit their Pre-qualfication Questionnaire responses by the date set out in section IV.3.4 below.
