This process seeks to appoint a supplier to provide the following products and services to Home Group:
1) Home Group branded on-line benefits platform that is able to hold information on each of Home Group’s benefits, with the facility to supplier administer salary sacrifice and voluntary benefits on-line via a single sign on process.
2) A Home Group branded on-line discount site that provides colleagues with a variety of discounts at a range of retail outlets.
3) A Home Group branded on-line recognition site that allows:
a. colleagues and managers to send peer-to-peer e-thank you cards (no financial recognition attached); and
b. managers to award colleagues with low value gifts/awards in recognition for exceptional work in line with Home Group values.
4) Full project management support to ensure effective implementation of products 1 – 3 in line with timescales agreed under the contract.
5) On-going account management via a single contact.
6) Home Group specific communication plan and branded materials at launch and on-going to drive colleague awareness of and engagement with products 1 – 3.
7) Access to management information on colleague engagement data e.g. take up levels.
Home Group currently has products 2 and 3a in place already via an external supplier (Reward Gateway previously known as Asperity). The contract for these products is coming to its natural end (31.10.2014) and Home Group are seeking to appoint a supplier to continue these services, as well as the addition of products 1 and 3b, which are new to Home Group.
