— Emergency security: this means that the security personnel must be able to attend the specified site by the Council Officer in the Geographical Area within 20 minutes of notification.

Named authorities who may choose to use this arrangement are: Warwick, Redditch, Bromsgrove, Wyre Forest, Wychavon, Malvern Hills, North Warwickshire Borough Council and Worcester City. However, this arrangement is open and available for all West Midlands authorities as listed on the IEWM Map – http://hub.westmidlandsiep.gov.uk/cncil.asp?PageRef=59.
However, as a guide for bidders, the Councils specifically named in Table 1 in the Tender have confirmed their interest in using the framework once awarded, however volumes of work and guarantees of work can not be provided. These Councils in Table 1 in the tender are: Warwick District Council, Malvern Hills Distrcit Council, Wyre Forest District Council, Worcester City Council, Redditch Borough Council and Bromsgrove District Council.
As other Councils confirm their interest in using the framework to the lead Council, (Warwick District Council), e-mail contact will be established to all bidders on this framework to invite them to refresh or confirm their prices, and to establish if they wish to supply the joining the Council with services.
If bidders choose to alter their price, this price will then apply to any new work from that point *(date) forward.
Warwick District Council as the lead Authority will provide any clarification or guidance in this area if required regarding this Framework and it will be shared with all contractors on the framework as required.
The value range in 11.1.4 is the estimated potential value of known participating authorities at this time, based on approximate spend in the last 12 months. The maximum range is assumed and is not guaranteed but based on all of the Councils participating.
