Regular maintenance and repairs of units, providing a 24hr callout service, to ensure that the Universitys air conditioning and refrigeration plant are maintained to manufacturers guidelines, good practice and meet all statutory regulations.
The University has approximately 290 split systems, 17 chiller units, 50 cold rooms, 8 close control units and 2 heat pumps.
Estimated value excluding VAT: 350 000 GBP

Description of these options: The contract has an approximate annual value of £70 000, however the University offers no guarantee that this value will continue during the course of the contract. The appointment will initially be for one year with provision for four additional 12 month extensions.
