The platform will become the core content management system for Manchester Airport, Stansted Airport and East Midlands Airport, managing operational information and dynamic content to passenger and staff information display screens.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
MAG is seeking to award a framework agreement to a single service provider to supply, implement and support a new Airport Content Management System. The platform will become the core content management system for all MAG owned and operated airports including Manchester, Stansted and East Midlands. The solution will manage operational information and dynamic content to passenger and staff information display screens.
The content management platform will manage content appropriate for the following: Check in Desks, Check in Hall, Security, Departure Lounge, Piers/Satellites/Gate Rooms, Gate Locations, Aircraft and Airline Service and Crewing operational information, Arrivals Immigration Halls, Arrivals Baggage Reclaim Hall, International or Domestic Arrivals Baggage Reclaim Belts, Arrivals International or Domestic Arrivals Landside and Onward travel, Lounges, Internal and External Bus / Train Platforms.
The scope of the framework agreement includes the supply, implementation and ongoing support of the content management platform. The framework scope also includes any related products and services.

If awarded, the initial contract term will be for 60 months, with options to extend by up to a maximum of 36 additional months, in any number of separate extensions (maximum of 96 months in total).

Where the Applicant is a consortium, each Member of the Applicant may be required to contract on any basis which MAG considers appropriate in its discretion having regard to the nature, size and complexity of the services which basis may be discussed during the Negotiated Procedure or will be set out in the Procurement Documentation. MAG may, at its absolute discretion and in particular, require the Applicant to contract:
— on the basis of joint and several liability,
— with a particular single Member of the Applicant as the prime Supplier (with the other Members providing collateral warranties and/or guarantees),
— as an incorporated or unincorporated special purpose vehicle (with guarantees from the other Members of the Applicant), and in any event,
— in a manner satisfactory to MAG.
