Description

2.1 The Authority wishes to engage with a third party for the provision and management of a Unified Communications solution. This opportunity to assist the Authority covers the following main areas and is fully described in Appendix 7 Specification for Provision and Management of a Unified Communications Solution and includes

i. The provision of a communications infrastructure which is cost effective, secure, reliable and resilient.
ii. Support, maintenance, and training on the delivered solution
iii. The provision of relevant software, licencing, features, and functionality to support the organisational business as usual requirements.
