Newcastle City Council led a competitive commissioning and procurement process on behalf of the North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO) and its member authorities to put in place a Flexible Procurement Agreement (FPA) (2018/S 127-289711) for services:
A) Children’s Advocacy;
B) Complaints and representations (Independent Investigating Officers (IIO), Independent Persons (IP), panel chairs for stage 3 statutory children’s social care complaints, panellists for stage 3 statutory children’s social care complaints, and independent persons for secure accommodation reviews.)
The FPA allows new providers to tender to come on to this FPA at certain times during the life of the contract.
The is the first opening of the flexible procurement agreement and providers are invited to bid for Lots 2-6 in July 2019 under reference number DN419011. Opening 2 will be published in September 2019 under reference DN419018.
