The purpose of the tender is to develop a framework for service providers which will then be used to call off the delivery of a complex needs pathway. The pathway is for people that have a diagnosis of and LD and/or ASD. who’s needs are assessed as complex, due to comorbidity and require support and intervention that is over and above support offered within supporting living speciation. The specification sets out the Council’s requirements in Worcestershire. The successful tenderer(s) will be expected to enter into a Contract with the Council which will commence October 2020 until September 2023.
