W12 Conferences is the conference and events centre for Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust (ICHT). The centre hosts a number of internal events of behalf of the Trust and income is generated for the Trust via the external hire of conference rooms and by event management.
The marketing of W12 Conferences falls into 2 main areas;
— conference centre, where the hire of rooms and catering are marketed to external sources,
— events where places on conferences are sold to delegates from around the world.
The Trust is seeking a specialist provider for a range of services; those listed below are examples of the types required, but this may not be an exhaustive list.
— Strategy development.
— Creative campaigns.
— Digital marketing and social media.
— Direct marketing.
— Partnership marketing.
— Event campaigns.
— Reporting (and recommendation) e.g. analysis of website activity.

The Trust will be using the NHS London Procurement Partnership member’s e-sourcing portal powered by DueNorth to conduct the Procurement Process. This can be accessed via https://www.lppsourcing.org/procontract/lpp/portal.nsf
The tender documentation, including the Standard Selection Questionnaire, draft Invitation to Tender and Terms and Conditions will be available to view on the portal. Expression of interest is to be by way of completion of a Standard Selection Questionnaire which will run in conjunction with the advert.
Potential bidders will be required to register their expression of interest via the portal and complete and submit a Standard Selection Questionnaire by the deadline date of noon on the 31.8.2017.
Please ensure you register your company on our portal in sufficient time as new supplier requests must be approved before you will be enabled to register your expression of interest. If an expression of interest is not received by the time your interest will not be considered any further. Standard Selection Questionnaire not submitted by the deadline will not be considered.
