Description

The aim of this tender is to identify a software partner to work with The ACC Liverpool Group to help streamline our customer service function and to support our customer feedback process. Our objectives for this project include gathering quality feedback on our in-person experience, which will inform continuous improvement across the business, streamlining activity and improving customer service levels throughout the business, especially via Ticket Quarter, our ticketing arm and provision of a comprehensive reporting system that supplies business intelligence to feed back into our processes and the services we provide.
