Leeds City Council wishes to procure a contract for the delivery, installation, commissioning and configuration of an enterprise electronic service delivery platform and implementation support services to support delivery of the Council’s Customer access strategy 2012-15. We are seeking a supplier who understands and can contribute to our business vision through delivering and implementing cost effective, innovative solutions and services on an on-going basis.
The enterprise electronic service delivery platform will comprise a mix of existing components and new components to be supplied as part of this procurement. The successful supplier will need to work with the Council and existing suppliers to develop, implement, manage and support the platform as a whole.
