Southend on Sea Borough Council is seeking the services of a suitable provider to deliver an effective and modern Employee assistance programme and Occupational health services to all 1 900 Council employees. The Council also has partners that access this service, including Local Authority Trading Company, Schools, ALMO and other Local authorities.
The contract period will be for 36 months, commencing 1.1.2019 with an option to extend for 12 months to a maximum contract duration of 48 months.

Southend on Sea Borough Council is seeking the services of a suitable provider to deliver an effective and modern Employee assistance programme and Occupational health services to all 1 900 Council employees. The Council also has partners that access this service including Local Authority Trading Company, Schools, ALMO and other Local authorities.
Occupational Health service are required for employees and partner organisations to access services such as pre-employment screening, referrals and appointments, immunisation and health surveillance. As part of this service, the Council is also looking for Employee assistance programme providing face to face counselling, on line and telephone support on various factors, including support to managers in dealing with personnel matters.
