4B.1.2 — tenderers must be able to evidence an average yearly turnover of 600 000 GBP for the past 3 years.

4B.5 — tenderers must be able to evidence they hold, or will hold, the required insurance levels detailed within the standard terms and conditions:

— employer’s liability insurance and public liability insurance in the sum of not less than 5 000 000 GBP in respect of any one incident and unlimited as to numbers of claims, and adequate insurances covering all the contractor’s other liabilities in terms of the contract,

— professional risk indemnity in the sum of not less than 2 000 000 GBP in respect of any one incident and unlimited as to numbers of claims.
