The service provider shall provide a professional service for a range of residential and commercial building’s including rent reviews, lease renewals, valuation advice, acquisition advice, advice on the disposal of land and property, building surveying and strategic asset management on behalf of the Council. The range of services required include.

Residential acquisitions for social housing – valuations

Negotiation for residential acquisition
