Description

 

GLF Schools is inviting suppliers to tender for the contract as its external auditor. The full specification is available in the ITT document.
The contract with the successful tenderer is intended to commence on 17 May 2021 and will be awarded for an initial period of 3 years. Consideration will be given to extending the contract for up to 3 further years subject to satisfactory performance and the agreement of both parties. Regular reviews of the agreement will take place.

Please note you will be asked to sign an NDA before the ITT and associated documents can be sent you.
Any questions on the tender should be addressed to tendering@glfschools.org by 19 March 2021 and we will seek to respond to all questions by 24 March 2021. All responses will be made available to all bidders.
The closing date for tenders to be received is 23.59 on 13 April 2021.
We may invite shortlisted firms to carry out presentations. These will take place during week commencing 19 April 2021. Please note that only the top 3 bidders will be invited to present.

GLF Schools reserves the right to issue supplementary documentation at any time during the tendering process to clarify any issue or amend any aspect of the Invitation to Tender (ITT).
The Trust reserves the right to cancel the tender process at any point. The Trust is not liable for any costs resulting from any cancellation of this tender process nor for any other costs incurred by those tendering for this contract.
