The tender is being conducted under the restricted procedure and will be separated into 2 lots:
Lot 1 – statutory audit and certification of the University’s Annual Accounts inclusive of its subsidiary companies and other entities requiring audit.
Lot 2 – audit of grant funding.
Both lots may also include additional ad hoc audit related services as deemed appropriate by the University.

II.2.1)Total quantity or scope:

It is anticipated that the award of the tender will be for a five year period with an option to extend for a further 2 year period subject to performance and requirements. No guarantee is made for this term. Formal reappointment of the Service Provider is to be made on an annual basis by the University Council (or nominated deputising body) or other appropriate appointing body in consideration of satisfactory performance.
An estimated contract value is between circa 1 000 000 GBP net and 1 500 000 GBP net based on renewal over a 5 year period. Please note however, no guarantees can be given as to the level of business that the Service Provider (s) will receive.
