The University wishes to engage an investigator, or a company of investigators, with a proven track record to undertake investigations into complaints and allegations of misconduct brought by/against students and by/against members of staff. The University also requires the Investigator to provide training to members of University staff involved in relation to handling investigations.

The University wishes to engage an investigator, or a company of investigators, with a proven track record to provide the core requirements which shall include, but are not limited to:
— conduct complex and high risk investigations on behalf of the University in a fair and objective manner. The provider will be required to undertake independent investigations into complaints and allegations of misconduct brought by/against students and by/against members of staff. Such complaints or allegations may be complex, sensitive or pose a high risk to the University. The provider will have the capacity, experience and expertise to conduct complex investigations in a thorough, robust and timely manner and to reach objective conclusions based on the evidence;
— provide training to University staff on how to conduct internal investigations in a fair and objective manner.
